Location Map
Seven Points - R Three Ranch
Description:
This 20 acre gravel pit lake is full of humps, ridges, trees, islands and all things great to grow big bass. The property is adjacent to Double D Lake, another club lake.
The lake has a healthy bass population and has had tilapia added every year since 2008 to supplement the bluegill population for forage fish. There is a large pontoon boat that has all the seating taken out making it capable of allowing 6 people to cast comfortably. A trolling motor is attached to the boat, you simply need to bring your battery. Bank fishing would be difficult and not recommended.
The boat launch area is not where the Pontoon boat is kept. So, please use the property map provided for boat launch area. The deepest water is about 14 feet and is located along the sides of the pond. In general the deeper water is on the edges and not the middle of the lake.
Please note that this property has many gravel pit lakes and you are not permitted to fish or access any other lakes. Moreover, this is an active business and you are not permitted to drive around the property.
