This 4 acre lake, nestled on its 130 acre farm, is small in size, but big on fun. This lake was completely renovated in 2008 and was featured in Pond Boss magazine, the only magazine dedicated to private lake management, as a prized example of what hard work and money can do to make a lake great. The lake was designed with the fly fisherman in mind and can be fished completely from the bank if you desire. When the lake was renovated, the latest science in pond management was used to create a fantastic fishery. Pure copper nose blue gill, red ear sunfish and fat head minnows were stocked to give the bass a tremendous food source.
The lake has a long pier that is perfect for the kids or the kid at heart. While the fishing will be a huge draw for our members, we think you will be wowed by the accommodations.
The two bedroom, one bath cottage that sleeps 4-6 is perfect for a long weekend. The appeal to the cedar boarded Colorado-styled cabin begins on a front porch with a huge wood deck which features a swing, comfortable rocking chairs and a spectacular view of the 4 acre lake and its beautiful surroundings. The cabin comes with both air conditioning for the summer and heating for the mild winters. The main bedroom features two large double beds, while the smaller bedroom has two bunk beds, ideal for the younger family members. In addition the comfortable sofa in the living area easily converts to another double bed.
Your stay includes all linens, 40 inch television and complete kitchen with stove, oven and microwave. There is a two night minimum, and the accommodation pricing includes fishing privileges. When lodging, the fishing is included with your stay. Members may also fish for the day and pay our normal day rates.
Directions:
3.5 hours east of Houston. 2.5 hours south of Shreveport. 4.5 hours SE of Dallas.
Parking
Enter at the gate. The lake and cabin are about 100 yard from the site entrance. Launch boats wherever you see fit.

Beautiful 2 bedroom one bath cabin that sleeps 4-6. Two double beds in bedroom one, one set of bunk beds in bedroom two and pull out sofa in living area. All linens are provided. 40" TV (includes DVD and VCR with video library but, no satellite). Gas/electric BBQ. Wood fireplace.
No smoking and no pets allowed.
Lodging is $130 a night with a two night minimum for two people. Each additional person is 25.00 per night. **Fishing privileges are included with your stay**
