Location Map
Decatur - Beaver Lake
Description:
Beaver Lake is a picturesque country pond set in the North Texas grass lands. This ten-acre lake was built in 1965 and stocked shortly thereafter with bass, crappie, and catfish. Springtime fishing can be exceptional with days of 50+ fish, many of those 4 to 6 lbs.
Eight to nine feet in depth and easy access from all sides, make it great for float tubes and bank fishing as well as small boats with electric motors.
For those of you who like all types of fishing, Decatur: Beaver Lake is the place for you.
