Flower Mound - Furst Ranch (Formerly WR)
Description:
This 37-acre lake has everything the club looks for in a site having a great location, being large body of water tih good structure and holding large bass. The largest bass caught to date is 13 pounds.
Bank fishing is good and small to medium size boats can be launched.
Directions:
Just north of Flower Mound. App. 40 minutes (35 miles) northwest of downtown Dallas. App. 30 minutes (28 miles) northeast of Fort Worth.
Parking
Park on the west side of the lake wherever you see fit.
Angler Limit
2 boats max unless in one group. Landowner will occasionally have other guests fishing.
Requirements
Small jon boats can be launched.
Hazards
This site is difficult to access without a truck. 4 Wheel drive is mandatory during wet conditions.
