Medina - Gallant Elm Creek Ranch
Description:
Elm Creek Ranch is a gorgeous ranch in the heart of the Hill Country with a 28 acre lake that is loaded with fish. Built in the early sixties, the lake still has depths up to 50 feet with trees, rocks and vegetation creating a perfect fish habitat. The lake has been stocked through the years with bass, catfish, bluegill, goggle eye, and red ear sunfish. The largest fish caught to day was estimated at 14 pounds and may have been the largest fish ever caught on any club lake. The landowner is active in raising bluegill and puts in about 2000 3" to 6" bluegill each year.
Bank fishing is very limited, but there is a jon boat for members to use. Small boats may be launched.
