Lancaster - Malouf Lake
Description:
Malouf Lake has 40 acres of water with depths up to 30 feet. The fishing is excellent with lots of big bass and good numbers.
This lake has both deep and shallow water with plenty of cover. Malouf Lake is perfect for the club with its location, size and great fishing.
This site has a concrete boat ramp for large fiberglass boats and about 35% of the lake can be bank fished. There is an aluminum v-hull boat available for club members.
Directions:
App. 30 minutes (20 miles) South of downtown Dallas.
Parking
Enter the gate past the house on your left off Hash Road. Not the gate at the bend in Hash Road. Area around gate can have large pot holes; drive slowly upon entering the property. Drive down and park by the boat ramp. Do not drive around property.
Angler Limit
4 Anglers, more if in one group.
Requirements
Keep and any bass under 14"! You must report the # and approximate weight of all fish kept to the club office after your outing.
No gas motors. Kids must wear life jackets, adults must have a life jacket available in the boat.
No alcohol.
Park in designated area near the boat ramp and Do not drive around property.
Two people may be needed to launch the on site boat.
