My adult son and I fished Blackbird on 3/23. It was spinnerbaits and 10” worms all day. Mostly spinnerbaits. I caught a 6 on the third cast. The fish were just starting to make beds. Water was 72 degrees. I can't say much more, it was just spinnerbaits and worms. I broke off a 10 at the boat, and I'm still stewing about that, as it would have been my first. First class property, first class accommodations, first class owner. The bass are Florida strain, and are currently shaped like footballs.
