Partner John and I tried this new lake and were impressed.

The good:

Great, steep concrete ramp for launching

Paved roads and manicured lawn

The ok:

The northern half of the lake is currently 5ft or less with about half of that completely grassed in towards the northern fingers.

The fishing:

John busted a 4.8 across from the boat launch within 5 minutes of being in the water in a nice frog blowup and lost another similar fish at the boat within the next 10 minutes in a wacky rigged senko.

We lapped the lake around the grass lines and picked up six more on mostly passive baits (TRig or Wacky). Best spot was the deep cut inlet 60 yards north of the big dirt mound on the west side of the lake.

Adding electronics, we found multiple bait balls and schools hanging at 8-10 feet at about 40 to 50 yards out from the pipe on the south berm, where we also marked lots of bottom structure. The fish were within a 20 foot width straight out from the pipe. Caught six more before the fish and we decided it was getting hot.

Fun day! PWF rarely disappoints.

Note to landowner: Sorry for the crack of dawn car alarm mistake. Hope we didn't wake you.
