Hot day, 100 degrees. My daughter and I got there at sunrise. We thought we would get some on senkos around the weed edges, but not much luck. We threw pretty much everything we had, senkos, spinnerbait, crankbait, chatter bait, flukes, soft plastics. We could get one or two on each one, but could never establish a pattern. The water was very clear, and we could see a lot of quality fish, but they were generally disinterested in eating anything. Tough day, but that’s how fishing goes sometimes. The fish just weren't in the mood.
