Took a weekend trip up near Coalgate with my family and my parents. Fished Acker for the first time with my son (almost 7) and my dad. My son and I used to club Jon boat and my pops fished out of a float tube. The tube was ideal for navigating through the timber, pops was on em all morning. All of the timber made it challenging for my youngster, I retied a hook for him probably 10 times but tried my best not to complain (how can you at a place like this!). 
Caught a couple two pounders on a crankbait but everything else came on TRig worms. We caught about 25 total, removed 5. Another awesome property and a great time making memories on the water with my family. Thank you PWF and property owners! We will be back!
