Rez #24227..First trip as member. Selected JerMar to get my feet wet. Nice clean property..Beautiful day, light breeze…I limited myself to bank fishing for this trip as moving any one of the boats from their location in/ out of the water was going to be a challenge by myself. Fished from 9am to 3pm. Caught 7 total, all 2-3 lbs. Lost 3 w/ 1 definitely much larger. Stayed mostly at the damn area. Heavy vegetation all the way around the bank area, extending about 10-15 feet out made things a bit challenging..Gotta use the boat to get where the action is…All weedless baits..Ned Rig Zman TRD (Green Pumpkin & Bubble Gut) were most productive. Also some action on 6 inch cherry lizard w/ weighted hook. Nothing on top water or crankbaits…Will try this property again when i take my son for extra muscle to get the boat thing going.
