Fished the west lake from 6:00 AM until 9:30 AM. The lake is 3 feet low. Water clarity is great at 24 inches.Water surface temperature was 88 degrees. Most of the fish came in the deeper water which is only 6 to 7 feet. The deepest water, with the lake 3 feet low is 8 feet. We caught 15 fish, with most in the 1.25 to 2 lb range. 3 fish over 2.5 lbs. Big fish was 3.6 lbs. Most of the fish came on whacky Senkos. A few on pop r’s early.

Fished the east lake from 9:30 to 11:00 and caught 3 fish on Senkos and one on a trap.  Water temperature was 89 degrees and water visibility was 30 inches. We harvested 3 of the 4 fish. Lake is 2 feet low.

This property is one of my favorites, however,  fishing was a bit slower than normal. July can be a bit tough.
