This 14 acre soil conservation lake has some crazy deep water. There are depths to 30 feet with a lot of 10 to 15 foot deep water. The lake is generally clear with clarity to, 4 to 6 feet. This soil conservation lake like many others varies in size as they were designed to hold flooding waters, and to slow erosion from upstream. Some years the lake will be 10 acres in size, and after a rain the lake could be 20 acres in size.

The lake has some vegetation, but generally is not a big issue. An electrofishing survey produced a healthy bass population with all size classes of bass represented in the lake. There is a restroom facility on site and a covered pavilion with table for a nice lunch break.

Requirements

MANDATORY!!! Remove all bass 14" and under at this site. Report the total number of each species removed, back to the club office through the online reservation system after your outing.

Take all trash with you. Clean boat of all trash including your used soft plastics.
