I wish I did have some info for you. I too would love to know more about it. At the Dallas Safari Club I was approached by a Cuba Tourism person looking to sell me on the idea of taking folks to Cuba, but as I recall the details seemed "sketchy",, like they had not thought out the whole value proposition and logistics. If you find more out, I would enjoy hearing about it. 

I used to hear and read reports about potential world record-class bass in Treasure Lake.....but that was a long time ago.
