If you are looking for a square bill that will hunt for you, look no further. Amazing action, exceptional colors. Don't buy any of Eric's jointed swimmers, fish don't like those. haha

In the past, I have also sent Eric pictures from bait fish in Mexico and then had him custom paint DD22"s for my next trip. If you are trying to "match the hatch" in its truest form, this is the way to go. You should see the Strike King KVD 8.0 magnums big square bills I had done. Not even Mr. Yates fish had seen those bad boys and they are educated Floridians.

You can even ship Eric your own favorite bait and have him custom paint it to one of his colors. Get two, you can sell them to your boat buddy for twice the price, on the water!

Set your self apart during tournament time or give them as gifts for Christmas.

If you are a crank bait kind of guy, order a couple, you won't be disappointed!

I can speak from experience that his baits are very good.  Thanks David, I had bought some of these but didn't know the source.  Also I have some specific colors that Lucky craft no longer makes available.  I bet this guy could knock this off!

Give him a call and drop my name. He will ether give you a discount or hang up on you. You may have ran into Eric on Texas Fishing Forum or on the tournament trail. He's a great fisherman and maybe even better artist!

You mentioned knock offs. Strike King knocked off one of his colors a few years ago. You can readily see the resemblance of their baits...... No reason to get into the details but I will just say that "Imitation is the greatest form of flattery".

David caught a big one (9.75 lbs) at Henderson - Dogwood Lakes Estate last Sunday (5/1) on a Gandy Lure Company crankbait!
