Looks like Timber can't be reserved through Jan 2022.   It is closed due to deer season or shut down for other reasons?

It closes every year for deer season. It will reopen Feb 1^st. And there is usually a short list of guys waiting to book that date or at least the first week of February. You can book up to 60 days  in advance. So, I think that means you can book Feb 1^st on Dec 2^nd.
