I fished an afternoon trip today took my wife along…had rain the previous night but did not affect launching. Slow start caught a few small fish in shallow water in the coves. Met the owner and enjoyed talking to him… my dang fish finder quit working and he talked my wife into letting me get a new one and how important electronics are on lakes especially his. I knew where the creek channel was and fished it the last 2-3 hrs before sunset. Caught 3 over 16” ( 3, 3.5, & 5.8) all on rattle traps. I usually give the depth, but did I mention my crappy fish finder did not show depth or water temp. After all that had 17 total 14 unders and 3 overs. Enjoyed the day!
