Lures Used fly fishing topwater and streamers
The ranch is pretty, but the lake is about 2/3 covered by weeds, including as far out as the end of the pier. It makes it really difficult to launch the jon boat and none of the bank areas are fishable. I would love to see this lake without the weeds as I think it's probably pretty good but right now I couldn't recommend it.

Dang! Was wanting to head out there soon. These Austin area lake options for PWF are getting thin. Hoping they are able to add more but it's not looking like many are available.
