Was a tuff day at old Oaks Ranch but the beauty of this property makes up for it. The the entire pond is covered in weeds except for out in the very center there is open water. Bite was slow but managed to catch 2 on a frog. Was fun watching 1 pounders blow up my frog from underneath. And i did mange to see what looked to be 3 ponder laying up under the tree on the back side of the pond. If ya looking for a place to get out of town and get away for the weekend than this pond is for you. Small enough where u can bank fish the entire pond.
