Spent the morning with one other PWF member and my son on Lake TCU.   The clouds stuck around for most of the morning which helped keep the heat down and made for a great sunrise.  We split up between two separate boats to cover more water and found that the channel and dips in the middle of the lake between the three islands held the most fish.   As long as we kept our spinner bait above the grass the fish could locate them and kept the bites consistent.   If the wind is going to blow more than 10 to 15 mph I would highly recommend bringing any type of small anchor to help stay stationary and fish each area more thoroughly.  Due to the wind blowing we couldn’t slow down and fish much soft plastics but the bite stayed steady on our moving baits.  If you are bringing small children look for some HUGE bluegill living under the dock.
