It's been awhile since we last fished MK ranch, but it was nice. Fished from 1-630 pm. Weather held up for my daughter and I. It was slightly hot at first but it turned out pretty comfortable. Water temp was around 79 and clarity was maybe 2'. It was a little breezy at first but it settled down after a few hours. Loved that the lake has different structures to fish making it larger than it really was. The fish were definitely relating to structures. We caught fish along the dam, trees, stumps, grassline, and reeds. They were deep as well as shallow. Caught them on top, middle, and deep. My daughter had to grind it out but she had a good time. Her biggest was around 3# off a Trig creature bug. A couple of crappie caught were Huge. Thank you owner and PWF!
