Decided to check out East TX fall colors and do some fishing. Used pontoon boat so no reading on water temp. Nice weather (55 to 65), mostly overcast and low wind – can’t beat that for middle of November. All but one caught on PB&J colored weightless senko, one caught on spinnerbait. Tried other lures and other colored plastics to no avail. Wish there was a way to launch my small pond boat but didn’t want to risk the sandy shoreline to launch.
