My son and I got the the lake around 7:30 and fished until 4:30. Water temp was 52 and visibility was around 1.5-2’. Water had a nasty green slime on it that would accumulate on almost every cast. Guessing the steady winds today was blowing it from the banks across the lake.

Fish were spread out pretty well over the whole lake in depths of 3-35’. I didn't see near as much bait fish as I have in the past. Just a few small bait balls. A lot of fish just followed baits today and wouldn't commit to eating. Maybe they could hear my son yell “eat it!!!” From up top. It was a fun day with my boy.
