I fished from 1:00 to 6:00 on Satruday 2/3 under partly cloudy skies with temperature in the mid sixties and light winds.  The recent rains had the lake as full as I have seen it and the lake about twice as large as in normal water levels.  The water was stained but not dirty. 

I fished with a crawfish colored red-eye shad and the bass seemed to like it.  I hooked up with solid fish mostly in the 2 1/2-4 pound range. Great way to start the year.  The most aggressive bass were at the mouths of the two creeks.
