Had a surprising day at Rock Chimney.  Weather looked just right – cloudy, warm, light breeze.  Started fairly steady in the mid-morning morning with fish hiting soft plastics and crankbaits.  Slowed after a couple of hours and then the bite ended, for the day as it turned out despite throwing most everything in the box, with only a couple after noon. Wondered if the fish all were taking a nap.  But, I guess that’s why they call it fishing.
