3/13/24:

Sunny day.  South wind 15+mph.  Fish were shallow.  All fish were 2–3.5 lbs (lost a bigger one).  No dinks.

16 Total Fish in an afternoon from 2:00pm to 7:00pm – all from the bank. 

9 at Arrowhead in the afternoon.  Caught fish on the west bank in shallow water.  1/8 oz. weighted hook: 2 on Green Pumpkin/Pearl Zoom Frog.  7 on Watermelon/Red Rage Swimmer

7 at Goose in an hour at sundown on the north end near Arrowhead dam.  1/8 oz. weighted hook:  3 on Watermelon/Red Rage Swimmer.  4 on Watermelon/Red Fluke (6th sense).

Today was all watermelon/red.  Tommorrow, who knows?

Next time I’m bringing the trolling motor and battery for the jon boat at Arrowhead.  Water was up.  Couldn’t quite reach the stick-ups from the bank.  I’ll be back!
