I feel so sorry for you folks that had to work today.  I played hooky and spent the day at twin lakes.  What a greart place.  Easy launch for my 10 footer.  Started at 7:15 on the top lake- that you can see from the house.  Made one trip around and caught 12.  Biggest was 3 1/2 pounds.  All healthy and fiesty fish.  A couple on white spinner bait but most on a weightless fluke. Best luck was on the tree side.  I then moved to the second lake around 11:00. Had a slow start but changed to a motor oil chatruse 7” weightless worm and business picked up, starting at the far end of the lake.  Did really well on the pasture side off and in the lay downs. At 2:30, I loaded the boat and headed out.  Couldn’t resist one more cast from the bank of the first lake.  45 minutes and 5 fish latter I headed out.
