Beautiful day to be out on the water yesterday at AA. On the water 10am, air temp in the 60s warmed up to the 80s with steady 10mph ESE wind and clear sky, water temp was upper 60s to lower 70s. Didn’t caugth much but the dozen over the limit(upto 4lb) I landed were the meanest fish I’ve seen. One fish I landed with lipless, swung it over the club boat, never gave up continued trashing and pulled the treble hook off the lipless. The 4 pounder felt like double its size and airborne at least 4 times and continued trashing as I lip it. All fish fought way over their weight class. Mainly fished the perimeter around the outside weedline, started with senko fishing stationary and no taker, rotated to moving baits and rage swimmer caught few. Lipless and Chatterbait caught few as well, but the most productive was the rage swimmer fishing stationary, let it sit around the weedline and twitching acassionally.
