Scattered clouds To clear skies

wind 0 to 15

water Temp 65

water clarity up to 4 ft

Lake Level Full.

This was more of a test run for my new boat build

than a day of fishing, however I did manage to land a few.

first time in the water for my new G-3 14ft John boat

was very pleased with the results, a couple of tweaks to make and it's good to go.

only fished up until about 11 AM

and caught 17, culled 11

all seemed to be in the 4 to 8 foot depth close to the grass, bite was fairly steady on underspin, swim jig & weightless worm but mostly dinks and even the larger fish are pretty skinny.

I chose Waterboo because it sits down in a valley

and somewhat is protected by the wind

so I might get a good test run on the new boat.

Mission Accomplished..

So Now I'm Ready For Vacation Next week At

Hat & Star for 2 days, Backside Of The Moon

And Double AA to wind it up.

Good Luck And Tight Lines Ya'll

Sounds like a great week ahead Scott. Hope to see some good reports from you! And I bet that G3 is going to be a great club boat.
