Had a good afternoon at Cassidy even though the wind was over their predictions. I had planned out a good assault on the lake, but was immediately thrown a curve by the growth of new grass through out the lake. Granted it's a 100 miles south of DFW. Ended up fishing only wt-lees & 1/32 wt. Tx. Rig.  Fish were all on the grass line and no where else. Tried every color of yum dingers & crawls l had with no luck. Finally caught everything on watermelon red & later in the day watermelon green. Biggest problem getting the bass into the boat with all the grass everywhere and of course every cast the line was covered with grass.  You’ll definitely catch good size bass but your going to work for them. Lol 👍
