Fished this site 7/27 with my two boys ages nine and five. Looks just like the pictures, you can here the highway in the distance but you forget its there.  Boats look good but we didn’t use them, since I had both of my boys we just bank fished and were able to fish about 3/4ths of the pond. We fished from about 7:30 to about 10:00 before my guys started grumbling about the heat.  We caught 20 all together, my five- year-old caught 6 and my nine-year-old caught 4. All but four of the fish were under 14 inches, and all our fish were caught shallow on 4 inch black Slider worms. We had a good time and this is a nice property, my boys enjoyed sharing the pond with the cows and donkeys. Nice addition to the club Steve and Brian - keep them coming.
