It was a very hot afternoon with clear sunny skies and only a light breeze.  Water was very clear with temp 75-77 degrees.  Member Mike Svoboda and I caught 42 Bass, 14 of which we harvested and 4 huge Crappies.  We caught 5 that were 20” and weight right at 4 pounds each and 2 that went 19”.  All the big fish were caught with deep diving crank baits in the creek channel and by deep water humps in the middle of the lake - all in 12’ to 18’ of water.  The smaller fish were caught in 4’ to 8’ of water over the grass using spinnerbaits along the creek that runs back towards the duck blind.  This is a beautiful property and a great lake.
