Had another good day at Julian Lake.  Caught 17 up to 3 lbs. and harvested 8 bass and 1 crappie.  The lake is full and has a lot of weeds just below the surface, limiting the baits that can be used.  Had best luck with a chatterbait and a Texas-rigged worm.

I go here almost weekly and have never had a bad day, usually catching between 12 and 24.  I like the convenience of always having the boat, trolling motor and battery ready when I get there.
