Fished this property for the first time along with a guest on Saturday 10/13) afternoon. Very nice property. Picturesque, East TX lake with tea colored water. There are almost no weeds but a couple of brush piles to work. We landed 17 (harvested 5) with no monsters but a couple of good fish. The lake is completely full, with lots of flooded cover along the edges. We found most of the fish tight to this cover, with a few others in deeper water.

Great cabin to stay in as well.
