Fished Bennett Lake on the 29th, pretty much all day until the trolling motor battery died.  Caught around 35 bass up to 5 LBS and 5 Catfish while crappie fishing.  This lake is full of catfish, the 5 I caught were about 3 LBS and hit 3” Gulp minnows….I caught most of the bass on a Texas rig baby brush hog and a buzzbait early in morning.  Talked to the owner and she wants to have a catfish tourney/fish fry.  She wants all the catfish over 15LBS out.  Sounds like a great chance to catch some really nice catfish.  This is the third time I
