My first time at this location was windy and rainy but the bite was from noon til 4.   Then it just stopped til 520 when I departed.  
 

The rattle trap was the ticket.  It was clobbered all over the dam area and dock.   Swim baits got minimal attention.  
ano top water bite at all. 
 

Despite the weather, it was a fun trip  and great new location for me to try.  I'll definitely return to try again.
