Fingerling
My rookie fishing wife caught the biggest fish of her life at Weston in 25mph winds, a 3.4 largemouth on a horny toad, watermelon red.. It was one of only 4 that we caught in the AM, the other three being smaller than 2 lbs. Very difficult fishing day. I was amazed how low the lake was, perhaps 4 feet low. The only good thing about the draught is being able to see the outline of the creek channel and plan to fish certain spots when the pool will hopefully be full.
