Beautiful morning with high hopes turned out to a very hard 4hrs. The overnight storms had the water a nasty chocolate color with tree trash all over it. Every cast you had to clean bait. I tried everything to get a bite going and they wanted nothing. The 2 fish I caught were weak bites. I got out of my boat to eat lunch and took a nasty fall and called it a day. 
 

FYI- I know my snakes and man the north end of lake 1 had multiple cottonmouths and a ton of banded snakes. I'm sure copperheads were out as well. Be careful!!
