Reservation Number : 42919
Property Name : OZ Lake
Reservation Date : 03/30/2025 All Day -
Total Fish/Sizes : 50- 26 LMB, 24 crappie
Lures Used : Crankbait, swimbait

Had a blast on my return trip to Oz! 26 bass (1 1/2# to 3 1/2#) 24 crappie ( 1 1/2# to 2#)

Water was like glass in the morning,  and then the wind came. Didn't make a difference,  fish were biting everywhere. 6 of my bass were over 3#, and every single crappie was over 1 1/2#. I wasn't prepared for the crappie onslaught,  and even tried to get away from them but I swear they were following me!

Thoroughly enjoy this lake,  definitely has jumped to the top of my favorites list.

Thanks fir the great report, Michael. Sounds like a fun trip.
I'm wondering about the road in. Is good ground clearance still needed or is it more smooth now? Thanks!

I drive a stock Silverado and had absolutely no issues with clearance. The only iffy spot to me is right past the owner's house,  if it rains water collects there and gets a little slick,  but otherwise I thought the road was perfectly fine!
