My wife and I took my daughter and her boyfriend out to Little A and Wild Card yesterday for some late morning to ealry afternoon fishing.  We got there about 9:30am and the wind was already blowing pretty good.  We spent about an hour and a half on Little A, without much luck.  We just had a handful of bites.  So we moved over to Wild Card a little after 11am and fished there until 2pm when we had to leave.  This lake was a little more protected from the wind and we were able to catch a dozen Bass, all over the slot with our best 2 going about 4lbs.  We used Buzzbaits (4 Bass, including 1 of the 4 pounders), Chatterbaits (4 Bass), Spinnerbaits (3 Bass) and Generals (1 Bass, including the other 4 pounder).   Decent fishing for such a gusty, windy day.  We’ll be back.
