My son and I arrived at about 10:30am and were greated with 12 mph winds with gusts over 20 mph that lasted mostly up until we left around 4pm.  All bites were on soft plastics that were dark and had a red or blue flake.  The bites were hard to come by and all within 6 feet of the bank. Dead sticking and slowly working the bait was the only way to trigger a bite. Largest LMB was over 2  but under 3 pounds. Catfish (also caught on soft plastic crawfish) was under 3 pounds. 11 fish total – much less than I expected after reading other reviews, but wind didn't help.

The docks, boats, picnic tables, outhouse, and the property were A+.  Relaxing and fun place.
