Needed some peace and quiet after a long weekend of fun family (love my family) so took Monday afternoon to fish at Waterboo.  Arrived about 12:30 to sunny skies and very little wind, caught 44 lmb and removed 14. The bite was good until about 3:30 and most fish were in the 1-2lb range.  The little arem on the South east end of the lake is to shallow to hold anything and the majority of fish were caught along the rock wall and a few by the damn.  Although the lake is about 2 feet low the vegatation is perfect to hold fish, yellow white spinner and watermelon wacy rig were the baits of choice. Caught a few on a tex riigged green pumpkin trick worm with no weight so it slid through the weeds.  Great lake to get away from everythng!
