Fished a full day with fellow member Andy Dear and the aggressive bite was on from the first cast (which was Andy’s). 
 

We were afraid it might be a little windy, but since the property sits down in a little bowl, the conditions were great. We caught most either along the bank anywhere or on the drop-off off the bank.  
 

Andy mostly used unweighted soft plastics and I used weighted soft plastics, and underspin, and a chatter bait. 
 

We culled 12, I returned about 14 and Andy about 12.  We had about 8 releases near the boat and missed about another 8-10. It was a great day and looking forward to returning probably in a couple of months. 
 

Most of our returns were in the 2-3 pound range.
