Fished 7am to Noon Sun 10/28/12 with a friend.  Cool Morn with clear skies 5mph north wind 65 degrees by noon.  water was low and very dark.  We threw the entire tackle box at both lakes and we both got skunked without as much as a single strike.  Typically I can put something out there that will get at least a couple fish even if they dont want to bite I can aggitate them enough to stike….lol.

Threw spinner and buzz, power grubs, white fluke, red/blk & pump/char worm on tx rig, skitter, silver/blu rattle trap, couple cranks, super shad, rooster tails, halloween lizard, broke back, frog, and many others!!

At least Ellington Airforce base was having an airshow about 11am that gave us some great entertainment to dilute the walk of shame as we made our way to the truck in disappointment in ourselves.
