New to the club!
First visit to this location. Saw lots of birds, shot 4 gaddys and even had a dozen canada geese fly over a little after sunrise.
This property is going to hold lots of ducks this year.
Lost a decoy, dog dragged it out when a retrieving a bird.My bad guys!
If anyone has ideas how to hunt this property, please let me know.

Thanks
Rodney

i’m going next weekend and have not been to this property.  any tips?  where did you hunt?  is there enough cover to hide in or did you use a blind?  (we have layout and home made portable blinds) thanks.

I scouted this lake, and it looked like a pretty tough hunt.  The water is deep, and the banks were all pretty muddy.  I don’t have a dog, so there wasn’t a way I could make this one work out for me.  Glad to hear that Rodney had a good day.  It does look that there will be a lot of ducks on this property this year, though.  Good Luck.

Set up on the southwest side, their is a small opening. You can hide in the cattails, be advised its about little over waist high. Lay out blinds should be good, be careful when putting out decoys because the water drops off in a hurry. Here is my # if you want to give me a call and I can give you some more info.
