Visited Deer Trail on Sunday with my wife for afternoon and evening fishing.  Love this lake the solitude is wonderful.  Beautiful day low winds and the frog bite was on.  Boated 23 ranging from 2.5 to 4.30 pounds.  Only harvested 5 fish which as you can see were healthy fish and will provide a good fish fry dinner.  Lily pad fishing is a blast.  Thanks to the land owner to be on his property.  Did learn that cows enjoy eating lily pads! Herd came in and ate all afternoon.
