Wendell Vines and I had a good afternoon of fishing at Post Oak ranch on 7/12. A nice breeze and intermittent thunderstorms kept the day pleasant and the fish biting.
We caught plenty of fish and some good quality as well up to 7 pounds. The bass were mostly shallow or in the creek. The fish hit harder than usual it seemed.
It was a good day to be out!
