It's hard to believe that an August day would only get up to 80’ but wow, what a day.  It was windy and overcast all day so I switched between the lipless crankbait, the Shakyhead Ocho worm and the spook walking bait and caught fish all day.  All solid fat belly fish that fought and jumped before I could land them.  I broke one off around the tree in the middle lake. 
I spent most of the day in the middle lake and made my way around several times...and caught fish all over the lake.  I walked down to the bottom lake and crushed em from the shore with the top water and lipless crankbait.  Then I made my way back to the middle one and caught more.  I finally made it to the top lake and caught a nice one on the lipless (see picture).  These lakes are well maintained and I couldn't believe the weather...so nice for August.
