Had to wait for a break in the dove shot scattering the pond to get on the water around 7am. Was only able to fish the north end until around 10am with the big group of hunters posted up on the south end. Caught a couple 4lbers pretty quick off the point across from the dock on a buzz bait. Bite was a bit slow but with all of the shooting going on they might have been a little spooked. Caught a few more in the shallow northwest end and ended the day with the two smallest (culls) off the south end rocks. Overall still a great day at a great property.
