Arrived at Culpepper around 1pm and fished about 2 ½ hours. Started to rain right after we got on the water but we were able to catch 5 small bass on the frog and swimbait which were culled. Also one large crappie. Caught one on the frog in the shallow end the rest were caught around the islands and towards the dam. A great Labor Day holiday on the water. Got to meet the property owner who gave us some farm fresh eggs.
